Enough Time

What deserves a place in your actual week?

The life you want needs a little room in the calendar you already have.

Some of your best hours won’t look productive.

You may not be able to clear the whole week. You may be able to give one thing that matters a real place in it. A walk, an unhurried meal, a call, or an hour making something can be small and still change how a week feels.

Start by noticing when you already feel most like yourself. What are you doing? Who is there? What conditions help? These are clues worth using.

Your calendar is a spending plan for your life. The aim is to make your choices more visible, including responsibilities you value and moments you want to protect.

Try making one invitation to your future self: a specific time, a simple plan, and enough permission to let the plan stay simple.

A question to keep.

What keeps waiting for a quieter week, and what would a small version look like this week?

One small experiment.

Put one meaningful half-hour in your calendar. Decide what will help protect it and what can wait until afterward.
