Enough You

What helps your life feel like yours?

You are allowed to grow from a place of worth, curiosity, and possibility.

You can be here and still be going somewhere.

Wanting to change something does not erase what is already good about you. You can be a work in progress and someone worth enjoying life with today.

Think about the moments when you feel most at home in yourself. They may involve movement, making, learning, quiet, humor, or people who know you well. Your own experience is a useful source of information.

A personal definition of enough makes room for both who you are and what you want to explore. It helps you choose growth that means something to you.

Try asking what you want to feel more often, then choose a small action that supports it. You do not need a new identity before you can make a different choice.

A question to keep.

What would I make room for if I treated my own enjoyment as something that matters?

One small experiment.

Choose one small act of enjoyment that needs no achievement attached to it. Give it a real place this week.
